Not my buying in particular, but the buying of your subscribers. That "$41,000" was your activity. What about KevinL and Carl Kruse? Were these two also doing a public service in trying to help the investment community? As a group, how much damage was done by propagating the May 21st and subsequent lies? I suppose you absolve yourself of all guilt because you were just part of the collective, just pushing the previous days' accumulation and selling into hype your newsletter helped generate. Some public service! Jim B wrote: >I really don't wish you any harm.. just wish you wouldn't continue to libel and >make false accusations against me with partial facts. Harm? You want to know harm? The people who put money into this scam based on lies carried by people like you are the ones harmed. What was TopDog for you? Some kind of easy money between classes? If you were an investor reading your own newsletter, you would have lost money too! Those who put out that dribble knew it was false and therefore were able to act upon it's effect. It's a microcosm of what the primary players (ICVI/MTEI mgt.) did. The same false information was being recirculated for the short-term gain of those publishing it. Your take was smaller, but based upon the same type of subterfuge. You were but one tentacle on the octopus of the scam, helping to feed the greedy mouths of the originators (ICVI/MTEI mgt.)---- I find you equally guilty for the collective damage done through propagation of the false P/R's. It's so sad that phase II of the scam was cut short by the SEC's suspension and investigation. It must have been really difficult raking in a measily $6,000.00 after accumulating another $35,000.00 worth to sell to a new batch of “subscribers” that by then knew better. Maybe you should come clean and tell what you know to investigators: enforcement@sec.gov if not, I hear S. America's nice this time of yearsamlink.org Bird (West of the Pecos)
