I guess we've said enough... your convinced my motive was tainted and that I knew we were all being scammed.. I guess you hold me responsible for buying and sharing my opinions of the company's statements and PRs... but don't hold anyone else on the thread responsible that said the same things... I guess I'm guilty because I said those things and believed MTEI AND was at the top of the newsletter.. so because I carried the message.. I am guilty.. okay... if that's the way the law works... I'm guilty for unintentionally leading people into a scam. Mr. Bird, I'm really sorry you feel the way you do ... maybe you just had higher expectations of me and my abilities to recognize a scam before investing... maybe this is what many people feel. That somehow by having a newsletter in which people emailed me and asked what I liked.. and I shared it with them that somehow I was now in charge (without compensation) of doing all the DD and was going to be held responsible IF it turned out that my DD fell short of recognizing a scam. Is this why you find fault with me??? Other than accusing me of selling into everyone's buying... I don't see what facts you are saying lie against me.. or what wrongdoings I had here. I'm trying to help anyway I can ... and hoping you will work with me here and not against me. Maybe you should or could consider for a moment that you were in my place passing along info that was relayed to you about a company that you really thought was undervalued and believed in based on what you had heard and found. Rather than tearing apart each of my CURRENT posts, could you show me what I did that is completely apart from what the MAJORITY of others did here??? I had a newsletter yes, but many here told their friends and posted MTEI on other threads.. I happened to have reached more people unfortunately. as for your comment about the SEC... I've been in touch with them since I started TOP DOG with Kevin... the more I talked to them.. the more questions I got answered and learned what they expected of me. You'd be surprised how difficult it is to research starting an online investment newsletter for penny stocks... try asking the SEC sometime... send emails to every department of the SEC and see how many DIFFERENT responses you get. take care... jim
