wavo does not very good technology that allievate the bandwidth problems in internet. the key is to move from technology side to custmor parts. wavo is trying to bundle and solicit the users by itself. that is tough. if they can build themself as a distribution service for many e-com companies, pact with athm, and rnwk..or software retailers. the potential is great. the stock will certainly take off...the company needs to be very very focused now..and use its technoloyg to tackle the big issue....
unfortunately..we do not have any infor. as to what they are plannin gto do except to improve their software system..

WAVO filed a form 424B3 with the SEC on Nov. 12.

freeedgar.com

Apparently, about 2.4 million new shares may be put into play.

"Includes such number of Common Shares estimated to be issuable upon
conversion of the Series C Preferred Shares as of November 9, 1998,
assuming a Floating Conversion Price of $4.10 per share is used to
determine the Common Shares issuable on such conversion."

What is the significance of the $4.10 price? Are we facing severe dilution of WAVO's price?

In reference to bandwith and capacity, there was interesting story in IBD last week on Digital River. Digital River has a electronic delivery system for downloading software off the Internet. Software companies such as Lotus, Corel, etc., and On-line stores such as Cyberian Outpost actually rely on Digital River for handling their software sales. For instance if you were going to buy a product from Lotus on-line, at some point you actually moved to the Digital river site (without realizing it)for the actual purchase. Digital River actually handles the transaction and either allows you to download the software or mails it to you as applicable. Well the CEO of Digital River said the speed of the Internet was the limiting factor for downloading software. Right now they only download programs of 40mb or smaller. Larger programs such as Games must still be shipped due to the download times that would be involved....Sounds like "push" technology is the answer...I wonder if Wavephore and Digital River have ever talked....Sounds like a perfect match.
