Hi George, not me, the person to answer your question is probably Frank Coluccio, he really knows this stuff. I just know that Gates is trying to get into the internet stuff in a big way, including funding for tech companies. I believe he is funding Teledesic. I just went through my folder with printouts on related topics, can't find the reference. I know the company was very upset with the FCC for giving a certain frequency to either WinStar or Teligent, but made no headway. I have been focusing on trying to understand the technology, because I am not an engineer, I am a lawyer, it is easy for me to understand the FCC stuff, so I usually just make a mental note to come back to it if I need to.
