Hi, John. Thursday was not fun. Half my week's work disappeared because I could not cancel an order when I realized I was too ill to continue. No phone service when my wife called to sell the position I didn't want in the first place. After a bit I decided to make the best of it. Bad idea. Brain fried with fever. Thinking clearly would have had me sell the moment the order was filled. I was looking at some reviews and saw that of the discounters, Brown and Co seemed to have the highest ratio of favorable comments to unfavorable (of which there was only a couple) I expect Brown & Co has a large enough staff for events that require a telephone order. A few times I've had to call DATEK and the wait was lengthy, if I got through at all. Any comments from anyone? Liam
