The write off of 7+$ that were shortly mentioned yesterday in news, is IMO a very nasty experience - I see it as manipulation - Many shareholders bought based on good price/value relation in quote-levels between 4 and 7 $ - We really need to fight this - My vocab isn't sufficient to start anything - But I'm sure that there is one or two out there in cyberspace that are both able and have the time to start fighting it preferable in coop with some kind of news media coverage. The 75MM charge - The explanation came yesterday, I just had not seen it yet - So it was a 75MM tax advantage taken up in books as an asset. Leads me to think, why a liquidation and not a merger - wouldn't it be possible to make a deal with debt holders then ? - Kr Jens
