Watchman, Maybe you don't read. There have been articles regarding cases against persons who spread falsehoods, innuendo, and etc on the boards. Dr Harvey expresses his findings of this as well. These challenges are new to the courts and to the press. Since you have not heard about them nor understand the circumstances that may come your way is your problem. Ignorance of the law is not an excuse, Judges still convict. Since you decide that posting here annonymously is all you need to make slanderous FORWARD looking statements and hide, you are wrong. As much as a company cannot make false FORWARD looking statements, neither can you. You continue to make FORWARD looking statements on what is going to happen. That there will be hype, and there will be selling of REG D and there will be pump and dump. Do you see what you keep doing. You keep trying to tell us what will be happening and what will be happening is illegal. Nothing is illegal about selling private placement stock. Your false forward looking statements are unacceptable and action can and will be used against you if you persist. It is up to you to decide, but as a shareholder myself I do not want to see my investment decline because of slanderous activity by you. If you dont stop as a shareholder I will request you be investigated along the same guidelines as these cases are now being conducted.
