Ratlong,

This has been a common occurrence, even when the stock was flying high. The officers of this company have acquired so many shares via options/compensation and splits that they routinely sell shares.

I think this stock is in serious trouble, but the insider selling, even here, would not concern me. When A. Duffield bought at 38, that caused me to stay in the stock instead of selling, and that decision was wrong.

The events of this week should be infinitely more troubling than any insider selling. That is normal.

Regards,

G
