I don't think the MMs will ever learn that if they really want to have a shake and bake, it will have to be at much higher prices than this. This is the same action that usually preceeds a run. Not saying that it will happen this time but it has happened at least 3 times in the last 12 months. In addition, the reason the stock ran to 70 or so cents was on merger rumors and product rumors that never had any validity. It was not the fault of the company because they always denied the rumors. But someone on AOL ran with a guess and a lot of people picked up on it....imagine that <ggg>. Anyway, as I see it the stock is behaving really well here and the company has always been building a base. The only real problem was the number of shares that have been issued, oh and the lack of any revenues....but if you look at the 10Qs, you will see improving earnings even with substantially more shares.

Just a thought....re: your "unrecorded transaction" if you used an online broker like E-trade, it was probably combined with someone else's trade, or they are still sitting on it....very unlikely they were "hiding" anything!
