I doubt seriously that IBM, Acer or Compaq would Kryo cool.
I do know that the 400 will run at 450 without much problem....without
much extra cooling. In a week the overclockers will start posting 450-500Mhz with the 400...

This news should calm any fears about K7. Some people don't think Amd's choice of using a DVD movie was anything spectacular. Well this explanation should help to alleviate the worry. These guys sure sound impressed. I'm not much of a techie so could someone please explain the significance of a DVD playback without hardware? Just how impressive is this demo?
