I talked to Pat Rost, he was quite upbeat and thinks the volume is normal buying and selling. The lawsuit is still in the deposition stage. We had a discussion about the location of the court trying the lawsuit .he confirmed it is in San Bernadino County. He indicated the financials still had to be completed by the auditor and lawyer and gave no issue date.I got the impression the financials will not show us much and my own opinion is that we will be lucky if they break even. The assets that are tied up in the lawsuit can hardly been shown as cash in hand.
