The buzz in Canada is that NN IS open to offers... One Canadian firm has a near term technical target of C$47 or US$30. A European buyer such as Siemens or Ericsson has been mentioned in the past. I think Newbridge's development of an IP switch with advanced QoS capabilities is a factor as well. This switch will be available next March. Earnings out next week... no guidance from the company...yet. If you have owned this stock for a while you will note that earnings announcements can have a huge effect on the share price.
