From Stockmans Forum @ Stockhouse:(yesterday)

Bid.com International

Record volume today. Articles galore in Canadian newspapers today about the company. More aggressive US fund buying. Yorkton announces a bought deal and embarrases themselves publicly today. Their clients were selling at $1.20 and totally misunderstood the deal. Conflict of interest?

Unconfirmed rumors of US brokerages flying down next week Tues to meet company for a possible Nasdaq listing..

Short position : Just smile if you are a shareholder.

Care to venture share price on Wednesday next week ? ;)

BII - BID.COM INTL INC - Company Website bid.com close $2.88 +.86 up 42.6% volume 6,584,700

Two news releases the yorkton one says a lot maybe there's a truce, the can use these shares to cover, todays action was again huge U.S. buying coming in from all the majors.

$4.00 in two weeks doesn't seem so far fetched.

Wake up--there was a news release today (I'm assuming this was not a re-release). Bid will issue 5.7 million warrants, exercisable at $1.75 in a bought deal with Yorkton.

This PR was NOT on the Bid website, and it was labelled, "Not for distribution to U.S news wire services or dissemination into the U.S."

What is going on here? Where is the regard for the shareholders? Stock merrily going along nicely at $2.80, then whammo, we get financing at $1.75, PLUS a quarter share purchase warrant???

Meanwhile the U.S. IPOs are going at a gizillion dollars higher.

I think Bid is in Bed with the wrong people.
