Jack: The financial statements of fully-reporting companies are available on the Edgar database. I can find no filings from GPGI on the Edgar database. Thus my suggestion GPGI is not fully-reporting.

To my knowledge, what fully-reporting means is that quarterly, annual financial statements, and other documents such as the numbers of shares outstanding, changes in the number of shares, etc., are provided to the SEC, and those financial statements are then made available to the public via the Edgar database.

If my knowledge is correct, GPGI is not fully-reporting. Somebody please correct me if I am wrong.
