Can market makers possibly be interchanging $80 million worth of stock in one company???

If they're big enough, they can, but not likely. Probably a "cross" of shares from one large institutional holder (mutual or pension fund) to another or to a MM for breakup and distribution. It could also be a shuffling of shares to capture a loss.
