Ok, Mr. New and Improved spideymart. You've ignored me the other 3 times i've brought this up but since you are turning over a new leaf I will ask it again. What do you think will happen if the judge says that Mann has to pay the million and lets everything else remain status quo as he has said he wants to do?

z........

Hang this on your wall for future use:

11/24 Hearing: Anyone can sue anyone else in America. A non-event.

DTC: Court docs not only show they won't give into AZNT, but they might take legal action against them as well

Andy Mann: Won't give back stock without a trial. If there ever is one, check back here in a year or two for the result.

Sweet Factory: No deal with AZNT. No plans to consider a deal. Case closed.

Vander kelen: Friend of Mike.

Monsanto: No deal with AZNT. No plans to consider a deal. Case closed.

WellRich: Filed motion to compel arbitration.

Sherwood Cook: See the court docs.

Short squeeze: Impossible. Court prohibited it.

- Jeff

P.S. Any more questions?

<<on but i choose to sit back as justice system does it job>>

Just as we were getting somewhere, you had to insult me:

<<yes mr. forthright i am idiot but think what that makes you.>>

Why do you always have to insult everyone? Does it give you satisfaction? Does it make you feel more important? Does it please your boss?

You see the difference between you and I is that I like logic. Most of your posts lack any kind of logic. When asked a question you respond by an insult. Is that the right way to promote a stock? Is that the right way to protect honest investors from evil short-sellers? Don't you think that facts would be more useful?

At this stage anyway the only fact that really matters is that this matter is in front of the courts and you should let the judge decide. I know you live in a country where a lot of people have become disillusioned with the justice system, but please don't be so cynical and try to be the judge of a complex matter yourself.

this is not good for shareholders since we can not get physical delivery of our stock.

Give it a rest, Spidey: you can't get physical delivery of your stock because Mikey doesn't want to give it to you. He HAS sent out some certs recently, you know. He just can't do more than 500 without registering with the SEC or hiring a new TA.

Sweet Factory? I thought we'd settled that. They said they had no plans to retail ToN, and had never heard of Vander Kelen. WellRich? That's been discussed as well. Unlike you, most people prefer not to repeat themselves endlessly.

Sherwood Cook? The securities lawyer who drew up the subscription agreement for the AZNT private placement. He doesn't play a huge role in all this. What was it you wanted to talk about in this connection?
