Most of their buying power is from US funds according to some. As long as it is unsolicited by the company. Grey area here with the net. LOL

I know of some lawyers in Boston that are real quick...so they say ;>)
It involves incredible amounts of documentation relating to every aspect of the companies business model. Suffice it to say that AOL would be instrumental in fast tracking the procedure...after all the exchange makes mucho dinero from AOL and their spin offs.

Yes...that is how BII will try to get over 3.00US.That is what this trading is all about. The incentive for American brokers is that once listed...the company will receive much higher exposure to US analysts, who are scrambling to find the next winner...and winner BID is.
