10B regulation is very interesting, omitting statements of material facts that would adversely effect the price of the stock. Many on this thread have only posted positives by twisting the truth and taking things out of contex. Many are aware of facts that if posted would drive the stock lower. This is a good regulation to have. I will contact the SEC and find out the best way to police that Reg and report the violators to the SEC for prosecution purposes. What do you think, Buddy?
