I don't disagree with you. My major point is to make sure there are strong hands as lead plaintiff. Otherwise, the interests of the lawyers usually clashes with the interests of the shareholders at some point.

I do agree that this is a much stronger than typical case. All the more reason for a strong lead hand.

Fair value here, given that $8 really was a base for a long time and the fact that prior offers were turned down, would really have been 15+.
