That's not true David. I think you had better go back and look under the hood of that system you are talking about. I also think you should be a little more thoughtful about what the real business case for IT is. They are not unique - there are others. They only resell and lease third party pieces - none of their own. They are neither the broker nor the clearing broker - Gold Country Securities (600 Old Country Suite #318, Garden City) is the broker and Penson Financial Services is the clearing broker. They are not the low cost supplier - there are others lower. They are not highly capitalized - they wouldn't be a penny if they were. They are not geared to provide a high level of customer support - they hired their first customer service person. Looks like a lot of little piggies lined up at the sow's tit of those monthly fees and transaction charges, and not a lot of compelling benefits to lure potential customers - if they ever do air any commercials. Who's shooting in the back (one of your popular and in this case unapt idioms)? Their business case is just plain old not compelling. (Though I see it has hooked you in.)
