I understand exactly what you're saying, and solely for the purposes of debate, I will not disagree with your words. What I am saying to you is that the solution or judgement that AZNT (and you) desire is beyond the purview of the court to offer, and this particular jurist has so stated that he will not do that. So, even if you are 100% correct in your presentation of the facts, the best that AZNT can hope for is a monetary settlement to the extent that they were damaged. Since the shareholders are not a party to the action, the shareholders get no relief from this particular court.

obtaining shares in aznt was not to benefit aznt it is to benefit illegal shortsellers like this andy mann.

Um, Spidey? It was the Sylvers who lent Mann the stock to short.

aznt will suffer if illegal shorters are allowed to keep shorting
