you are wrong kerry dear. what aznt moves for is this; to extend injunction to canadian epository & dtc. you say it is 'beyond purveiw of the court' but you are mistaken. aznt move 'pursuant' to evidence that defendants are still trading this stock. stock that is restricted by court from trading. extending injunction to dtc will release stock. andy mann must PROVE why this should not happen. he is already in default. "monetary settlement" ?? a party who seek injunctive relief must show it will suffer "irreparable" harm if relief denied. i believe aznt will do so. stock held hostage backs in contempt of court illegal short positions. marcasse still shorts from canada. who else shorts hostage stock? stock was illegally obtained to HURT company. not to HELP it. what you write is niave . injunction & demand for stock is history now it must extend to dtc to release freeze. spider
