Come now Janice, what is the difference between their not responding to you and your not responding to the remarks about the missing JJ's Granted Motion to Compell and your 'procure and scan' fiasco?

Further, the use of selected passages from the transcripts can be used effectively to 'prove' points not included in the scope of the full transcript. With the historical tendency of the FBN BSB'ers and their 'sources' to misinform and disinform, why should anyone think otherwise now?

janice we talk about this 2 million shares many many times. ok again. stock was issued to shoreline & whitecliff under hold with legend restriction not released. andy mann writes bogous opinion letter to ta to get legend lifted. aznt discovers this & fires ta. of course you claim ta resigned but ta was fired for this act. andy mann illegally gets stock he never pay for. ok?
