Other than company-produced literature, is there any independent or trade industry report or analysis or commentary on Pacel's new product? If not, should not marketing and sales make this a priority, i.e., establishing such industry-recognition?

Hey Garry, here are some questions that come to mind:

1.) When will we hear results of how many copies DeBeers has sold?
2.) What is the status of the 41-hospitals contract in South Africa?
3.) Since Visual Writer is being sold in Europe and South Africa, how does the product overcome the language barrier?
4.) Please tell us more about Jeffrey Abrahms: What was the company he originally founded (that went on to have $150M in revenues)? In what capacity does he help Pacel (marketing, financial, both?) Give an example of what guidance/work he has done for Pacel.
5.) What are Calkins thoughts on having a cripple-ware version of Visual Writer available on his web-site? How about a fully-working version of Visual Worker and various sample files to download? (Note: I'm toying with the idea of telling Mr. Calkins that I'd be willing to design some fun Visual Worker samples to serve as demos--an IR person might be more receptive to the idea though).
6.) When will Pacel move into the new office?
7.) When will an Investor Relations person be hired?

Time flies in a meeting with Calkins so if you can't get to all or any of these questions, I'll understand.

Thanks!
Chris

I don't have any specific questions to offer you, just some food for thought. Formulate your questions or concerns which focus on the long-term health and growth of Pacel. It is important for you and any one else who speaks with Caulkins to represent yourself as a long term INVESTOR rather than a speculator. Sure there are many people, some on this thread, who are simply looking for a quick hit with PLRP. That's fine. However, these are the people that Caulkins cares about the least!

Here's why. Caulkins is a very articulate, intelligent and savvy businessman. He understands that it is all part of the game to deal with, firsthand, every shareholder that wants to speak with him. He is practicing good PR by allowing you to meet with him face to face. I can assure you that he is looking forward to the day when he no longer has time for such a meeting. Please do not take this personally. This is all part of life as a BB stock.

There are many reasons why Caulkins is striving to meet the requirements of a reporting company. One reason is that he will no longer have to wear as many hats. He can focus on a few items, most importantly, growing his company. I am sure Caulkins had an idea as to what he was getting himself into, once he brought his company public. However, he could not have known how critical and petty some of his shareholders can be. These are the people who expected to be in & out by Christmas. These people do not truly believe in Caulkins or his product. Like I said, Caulkins has very little regard for these shareholders.

Demonstrate your long-term concern for PLRP and I'm sure Caulkins will tell you more than you wanted to hear. Good luck.

Ask Caulkins what were Octobers Revenues and also Novembers and if he still projects 2.8 million in revenues over the next several weeks. Also ask him why he did not issue a press release this past week and the week prior. Thanks

Garry: While reviewing the Financial Statements of Pacel, I noticed that they are in Litigation against another firm. This would be a good topic to discuss with Caulkins, because it goes right to the heart of PLRP long-term health & success. I don't know if you have seen this so I will include all the info from the Financials.

"The Company, as Plaintiff, has commenced litigation in the Circuit Court of Prince William County in Virginia on February 20, 1998. The Defendants in the action are Solutions Corporation of America, Inc., Floyd W. Kephart and Olde Monmouth Stock Transfer Company, Inc. The Company in 1996 and 1997 entered into a series of Agreements with Defendants ( not including Olde Monmouth Stock Transfer Company, Inc., Which is merely our stock transfer agent). Defendants allegedly received and utilized confidential, financial and trade secret information belonging to Pacel. In addition, Pacel issued solutions 1,050,000 shares of common stock based upon consideration of $100,000 and alleged services. In addition to the allegations the Defendants ( other than Olde MOnmouth Stock Transfer Company, Inc.) did not perform the agreed services, Defendants allegedly interfered with the Company's efforts to obtain certain contracts. The Court has issued an injunction against any transfer of the shares pending resolution of our claims."

"The Company is seeking the folowing relief from the Court: Rescission of the November 1, 1996, the February 14, 1997 and the July 1, 1997 agreements between Pacel and Defendants ( other than Olde Monmouth Stock Transfer Co., Inc.), order the Defendants ( other than Olde Monmouth Stock Transfer Company., Inc.) to return the 1,050,000 shares, and the Company be awarded damages in the amount of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) as well as court and attorney fees."

I realize that this is a long post. But I wanted you to have all the info, in case you have not seen it before. Let me know what you think. Thanks.
