twister, different point of view ... I think the public overpaid and overreacted to the bad news. From a long-term perspective, it's impossible to know if this is a blip in Landry's history or not. I don't think management should be blamed for issuing stock at inflated levels (cheap equity) or for encountering some business turbulence. Those buyers are just a portion of the overall ownership which management owes fidelity to and the issue is unresolved as to whether they are making the right business decisions.
