Hi Tom,
I2 Technologies did the same thing at the time of its last conference call. The stock was at $15 that day. It's $28 today, so the Street expects these re-pricings to happen and generally doesn't punish the stock.

I like the decision. Company has long term focus and even though it might seem as a blow to us common shareholders, it is better than seeing a mass exodus of talent to SAP, Oracle (who already has been through the stock decimation) and others.

I would love it though, if they would reprice the shares I bought at $50. :-(
