David - I live in an extremely rural area. I like to use one broker locally so that I can call her (the broker that shows up to work after the bell and goes home before the close) at her house if I have to. I threatened her yesterday, with pulling my account, so she been sucking up big time. I used FiServe out of Texas last year, and they screwed a bunch of accounts up (mine included of course) with things like Wrong Amounts and little stuff like that. I think they used the Sicilian Accounting method.
