Gang, I've been quiet for along time..but the bottomline is that the promoters, regardless of all the disclaimers on their posts, can be legally held responsible for misrepresentation of facts. I've checked into this and if pursued, the hypsters relaying so called "facts" or testimonies from so called reliable sources have made themselves liable. This is especially true if the hypsters personally gained from their actions. The trouble is is that it takes money to litigate against this, and I for one, don't have the resources to legally go after these guys... HRH...seething on the back burner...
