that will never happen.. at least not to the extent that you might be saying that by unknowingly passing on or relaying bad info that the person would also be liable .. again if he DID NOT know it was false.

Otherwise, EVERY tv company, news agency, investment team, broker, fund manager, etc that has EVER interviewed a company and passed on that info told to them only to later find that it was false or misleading would be repsonsible legally for what they passed on...

you're going to see ALOT of people then goto jail for believing what they were told.

I wonder if EVERY broker that suggested to their clients that BRE-X was probably a good investment is now going to goto jail??

is that what you're thinking??? would also those who bought BRE-X and then told their friends and family to buy... are they all also going to jail???

help me understand what your thinking is... if you're thinking that a newsletter or broker or anyone IS RESPONSIBLE for relaying false info IF THEY KNOW IT TO BE FALSE, then YES you are correct... I too have done my homework.. I've been working/talking to the SEC since I started TOP DOG early this year... I don't pretend to know all the rules as the documentation that they send if you were ever to ask for it on newsletter, online investment communities and the like, is VERY complicated and hard to understand unless you know legal linguistics.. just fyi... take care; also, before anyone seeks to file civil fraud suits against MTEI or those involved with it or even people here on the internet that were involved in one way or another, it's probably a good idea (if you're short on funds) to see who gets found guilty of such things criminally... then probably that will make it much easier to file civil charges... but do what's best for you.. just my thoughts.

jim

ps... I've said enough about TOP DOG and my involvement I suppose .. at least here on the thread... but general comments or questions like yours I don't mind sharing my thoughts... but if that because a problem, I don't mind just leaving the thread altogether... just trying to help. take care
