I AGREE WITH SNAKE EYES! This information was public knowledge right after the AEA conference as the Merrill analyst made the call in a press release, he even said it would happen by this week so your insider knowledge theory is a little over rated. Your probably mad because your getting short squeezed on SFAM right about............NOW! But I would like to offer my sincere thanks for helping our cause when you do decide to cover! Have a nice day! And you better cover pretty quick because if you go back to the KLAC-TNCR merger it too was a pooling of interest, and that one kept going up until the deal was completed! The book value of both these co's combined is close to $25 a share! Wait til you see what happens next!
