Did anyone notice the 3 new Market Makers in ORCTF stock? They are Preferred Capital - not surprising since they started coverage. The other two are Bear Stearns and Smith Barney. I just noticed this today, so I'm not sure when they started making a market in ORCTF. Smith Barney had the low Ask price thruout the day, Bear Stearns was basically out of the market, their bid/ask prices weren't close to the other MM's. I'm wondering if one of these guys are going to initiate coverage in ORCTF soon. That may explain some of the upward movement today.
