It really doesn't matter as long as they show huge year over year growth and continue to guide the investment community to expect x and then deliver x + 10%.

When they can't tweak the numbers because growth slows too much, the multiple to revenues resulting in a huge mcap will decline. It will probably be brutal. Predicting when this will happen when the net is in its infancy is foolish. You might as well go to Vegas.

Amzn is expanding their storage capacity enormously. I'd stay away from this one.

<Suddenly, we are talking about a company
that is not likely to see sequential growth... This quarter is the Xmas season not
expected to be the greatest one ever >

What? Online retailing is expected to experience a stellar holiday season, almost regardless of the overall economy.

< So where does Mr Bezos go to experience this sequential growth that
you are proposing, next quarter?...Many retailers expect 50-60% of their business
during the Xmas season... >

The Street factors seasonality into the results that any retail business posts - the Street will interpret Amazon's results similarly. Year ago comparisons become even more critical when analyzing retailers' sales and earnings growth.
