Pat,
I talked to my broker about the block.
They showed the trade crossing 45 minutes prior to the open.
$4.1 odd million shares.
On a technical basis, the stock is pulling off a solid cup with handle base, closing above the 200 day moving average. This with increasing volume. Very bullish.

PS: You can see the same pattern forming up on Parametric Technology (PMTC). Only thing missing is the move above the 200 day MA.
