Raj, Brown has been great at the open for me with none of the infuriating morning trading delays experienced at Datek. They also offer a $5 market on open order, great for exchange listed stocks, which guarantees you a fill at the market open price if you place it at least 15 minutes before the open.

I have accounts at both Datek and Brown. I find I'm trading more and more with Brown, and less and less at Datek.
