"We're not paying the 1/2 mil or so we owe you because of yata yata yata."

Sounds like about a third of the whole story to me.

Are you talking about U-Miracle?

If so, you need all of the facts. As to how a great many of the PCs
that were sold were not as advertised, which Onsale was forced to make good on.

This situation has been discussed at great length on Dejanews and if you read through all of the posts as I have (many) you will see that Onsale has used thses funds to stand by their customers as would you or I.

If Onsale had "Stolen" 1/2 million dollars, I think we mighta read about it somewhere other than a bulletin board.

I think you're referring to the U-Miracle situation. It turns out U-Miracle was delivering incomplete products and was way behind in their shipments. ONSALE has the Customer Service responsibility to its customers. If U-Miracle doesn't ship on time or ships not as advertised products, then ONSALE is out a lot more than the lost sales.

I believe ONSALE has an excellent reputation and credit standing with their other more reputable vendors.
