Dell repriced stock options around last November... remember when the asia crisis first hit, there was a precipitous drop in Dell stock. Im not sure if the entire company was affected, I do know a few managers that were recent hires had their options repriced. So yeah, Dell does it, but I suspect they didnt this time because Dell at $40. was only a spike.
