gc, I do some trading on my own but the majority of my money is in a managed fund. Its actually a hedge fund but I found out this year that people think hedge funds are short or derivative instruments or something and mine isnt that. Anyway peter holds highly leveraged positions in aol and yhoo along with the other stocks in the portfolio , Dell, csco, msft etc. So Im having a pretty good year even though my personal acct took a hit when enterprise sw fell - well Im still up for the year but for example my Siebel is still 40% off the high or thereabouts. In my personal acct Im holding some inkt and looking to add, I have a huge gain there in a month - its awesome. I wont buy more aol or yhoo since I own a bunch but I think between aol, inkt and yhoo, AOL seems to have the most potential at the moment. Yhoo is a little too high for me, I still like inkt. I dont like amzn at these levels.

I dont know, most of the people here have more trading knowledge than I do. Also Im a neophyte at reading financials since as a technical architect I did very little of that. Nonetheless Ive made some pretty good trades recently so that just goes to show ya what good knowledge is in this mkt!

At least I2 has a little momentum now but other than that I just cant see enough going on in enterprise software to trade them. Of course I understand that many here have huge gains in psft and you have to take the tax consequences into account.
