I wonder if it has to do with a possible reverse split I have been hearing about on this thread......as much as a 1 for 7???????
One of the most dreaded issues IMO with OCT-bb, and all to common, is the dreaded Reverse Split.

Apparently the market isn't very impressed with AMGV's merger with Nucleus - I can't say that I understand the symbiosis between the two. Nor is the Nucleus internet site very impressive or informative.

I did read the 8K and am copying where it says that the 'target' of the merger (Nucleus) has filed a 10Q and a 10K. I can't find either:

(f) Financial Statements. The Target has filed Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarters ended September 30, 1998 (the "Most Recent Fiscal Quarter End"), June 30, 1998, and March 31, 1998, and an Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 1997.

FWIW - 100 shares just sold at the bid of &0.14 and the bid dropped to $0.13.
