Bernard, Though I typically feel like a lightweight on this board, given the knowledge and expertise of many of our members, I feel happily confirmed by your post (and, given it is a Friday night before Thanksgiving, I will moderately revel in it), since in one of my recent posts, I put forth the proposition that it is ROOFS THAT CAN SEE A HUB that are most critical and that the business paradigm will probably see many competitors on choice roofs. Accordingly, if we could, we would ideally want to understand what the "roof potential" is whenever WCII reports block agreements on roofs (e.g., a roof is not a roof is not a roof).
