does anyone else percieve that small caps have started to lag--see the russell 2000, while dow and other large caps continue rally?? Last time, russell 2000 downturn was leading indicator, "market" looks good, small caps not participating???

Hi Barbara: I agree that switches, hubs and choice roofs are the key aspect of a successful broadband wireless service rollout. This is why I am rather surprised by Teligent's heavy advertising. I can't possibly imagine they have already put the necessary infrastructure in place. At the same time, I have the perception that except for LA, Winstar is not putting enough priority on CA. I hope to be proven wrong, since both the San Francisco Bay Area and San Diego are prime markets for the mix of telephone and data services Winstar offers. Happy Turkey Day, Bernard Levy
