if we get some filing and or audited financials You do know that the financials last fiscal year were audited, don't you? Reason I ask is that there have been allegations earlier on this thread that TSIS had never been audited, and I would hate for you to have been misled by those erroneous reports. As for this year's financials, I dare say we all are looking forward to them as soon as possible. (In my case, I want to see what dilution may have taken place since last year plus an explanation of where any additional shares may have gone and what was done with the proceeds.) JSb.

I have stopped at reading about 15 posts. What bull shit. Ladies and gentlemen Don and the boys are very weak at playing in the major leagues. They are producing business at very high acquisition ratios and they are BS'ing the stock holders. We are now in deep shit. So stop all the general crap and get down to the facts....delayed financials.....a bull shit date for an annual meeting so they can manipulate the outcome, a Canadian Auditor, ...a brother on the payroll in Canada....IR's doing nothing....Don who does not commit to following through on his promise to be fully reporting. STOP....John... Barbara...these guys are full of it. Unless they wake up and get serious about building a REAL public business we will loose our investment. I say they are not accountable to the stock holders and are pocketing a big percent of the profits. These guys must be brought to task or I am out 50k. I am beginning to believe this is a scam. No one on this board responds to my observations which leads me to believe you are either naive or in on the game.
