Hi Matt & Dan, Dan - on your point in a recent post as to what happens if INF exceeds the price of the CBS shares. I raised it as a What if Question. Larry responded that he did not think that it would happen. BUT WHAT IF IT DID? There would be a unique
corporate problem. As the directors are required to act in the best
interest of the shareholders ( yeah right! ) could they be required to distribute the INF shares held by CBS - to the CBS shareholders as they would be more valuable and that value was not reflected in the price of the CBS shares.
