It must be the TON that makes me think that post said that a motion had been GRANTED.

Yes, in your words, the ToN must have caused your brain to short circuit. Bill posted the petition, not the actual approved motion; that's why Bill called it a "petition". Should we obtain a copy of the granted motion, we'll post it... or maybe not. Got to get Errol's approval first.
