Marden, we Qualcomm shareholders realize that Ericy and Q will eventually settle. Qualcomm was never unwilling to license Ericy, but Ericy wanted no part. "Fair" to Q means on the same basis everyone else. Qualcomm's strategy, from the very beginning, has to been to widely license in order to build cmda.

I respectfully disagree. QCOM says they won't license (IPRs) to ERICY for their current version of W-CDMA. I believe Irwin Jacobs . On the other side of the coin ERICY has repeatedly issued false and misleading statements with regards to CDMA. I believe ERICY has blinked. Stay tuned.
