Larry,
To day I bought 1000 Lycos at 60 and 5/8.
Why didn't you tell me it was a second rate stock this morning.
At 22 some one told me that Real Network work was no good so I missed
it. Last month I wanted to buy netscape but it was so cheap
I figured no one wanted it.
Now what Do I do with a second tier player? Should I sell
on monday morning when the world reads your post and it sells off?

MARVIN

. Most AOL users do not use YHOO at all.
What do you mean by this remark?
aol is my isp to go to the internet! that's all what i use it for!
heck,if yahoo could be used as an isp,i'd use it since i like it better than aol!!
yahoo i access for all my stocks, news and esp. yahoo games!!!

5 Stocks for the future: -
at the risk of offending some for not mentioning their favorite stocks, i would like to share thoughts on 5 stocks that i consider to be stocks that have significant potential:
1. INKT - Inktomi - has the best search engine software and is licensing it to all the browsers and internet players
2. RMBS - Rambus - has new chip technology that will enable far faster caching. Licensing it to INTC and MU for developement of next generation chips
3. ATHM- @Home - has agreements to provide cable modem internet access to most of the cable companies in the US. TWX and UMG are not included in the companies. TCOMA, Comcast, Cox, etc are.
4. NXLK - Nextlink - a CLEC founded by Craig McCaw, very fast growing and well run. McCaw was architect of McCaw Cellular, which he sold to T. NXLK has position in some very large broadband ventures.
5. QWST/LVLT - Qwest Communications and/or Level Three. Both of these companies are building brand new fiber optic systems that will have mega capacity. Both have excellent management very experienced in this field. LVLT was founded by the people who started MFS which was acquired by WCOM, and is one of the first companies to use the new LEAF fiber optic cable from Corning Inc. QWST hired some of the best people from T.
These are aggressive ideas with above average potential and significant risk. Do your own DD, and make your own decisions. Larry
