Curtis, the rumors could stay around for a while. I don't mind which company buys out MTC, as long as the price is right. The new company would be a new entity, and needs separate evaluation on whether it would be a good long term investment, so I'll probably take some profit. A similar case in point, I've sold Humana (HUM) at $31 after it got a buyout offer. The merger didn't happen and HUM went down to $13. It's now at $19 something. I may buy the stock back again but there's a rumor swirling around that HUM is buying Oxford Health...so may be I'll wait around a bit.

AHP and DD, if they want to do it, they could do it with a combination of cash and stock. Celebrex is going to be a money spinner, so there may not be too much dilution for the acquirer.
