Even though this article is from 1997, almost all the attorneys who handle OTC BB companies for whatever reason will confirm that NASDAQ and now NASDAQ/AMEX has been looking for a way to clean up the BB. One of the most popular "ideas " has been to have 'every' OTC BB become fully reporting and file with the SEC. This achieves two things, (1) Investors will have the opportunity to do REAL due diligence, (2) No more issuing of non-registered stock in USA or OFFSHORE ~~~~~~~ A very elegant solution. If anyone (attorney or otherwise)has any news or input on this OTC BB fully reporting rule - please do post the URLS. (1)Does anyone "own" any Pink Sheet issues ? (2)Are they as difficult to trade as I have been led to believe ? good weekend all
