>From there, I just cannot see how Congress will be able to find a way out without impeachment or resignation by Clinton.

Zippergate won't stop this bull. I don't think Wall Street cares, because the public just wants this sorry episode to go away.

It boils down to the votes, and the Republicans don't have the votes to impeach and they know it. The past election said the "people" don't care about Clinton's personal life. It's a sad state of affairs (no pun intended), but that's the way people see it. Starr is made out to be the bad guy. He told us news "we" as a nation didn't want to hear. It's like a best friend telling about a spouse's affair. Often times the reaction is focused on the friend not the spouse! Shoot the messenger is the message I'm hearing.

If the country was in decline, the people would use it as an excuse to run Clinton out of office. We're in prosperity and just want this to go away. The backlash cost a capable leader like Gingrich his job.

Pretty disguisting isn't it.....
