Ditchie:

Quick questions,

Do you own any Internet stocks?

If so, which ones?

Do you study the sector?

If so, do you understand the basis for valuations?

For financing?

Do you understand any of the fundamentals of TSIG's particular endorsements, alliances, acquisitions and marketing strategy?

Do you understand how TSIG's established teleservices expertise and music card strategy give distinguishes CCI from all of its competitors?

Do you realize that CCI already has a large card membership that will be folded into TSIG's coffers and wasn't even accounted for on the last 10-Q?

Do you realize that the DD you presented, though relevant in a broader sense, may be only ghosts haunting your grave yard and not as important an issue as you imagine your DD to be based on an overall assessment of the business plan?

Do you realize that CCI is just one of a number of business to be established under the TSIG umbrella?

Ditch, not to deride you, but based on your behavior and persistence with your "DD", I can proposed four conclusions regarding your contributions hitherto on this thread.

1. Your answers to all the question above are NO, and you may be using the wrong criteria on which to base your investment decisions.
2. Your answers to the above questions are mixed, and you may decide to invest based on this particular issue as presented in the next S-8.
3. Your answers to the above questions don't matter to you because you are a trader trying to get his limit orders filled at 7/32 for a bigger bounce back up.
4. Your answers to the above questions are yes, and you a limit order in at 7/32, and are banging your head against the wall because you could have gotten even more shares when the stock was priced below twenty cents.

Based on your presentation and your own statements, I'd have to conclude that you are being straight with us as to your intentions to "dig" for the truth rather than for our funerals.

If that is the case, I have one "risk factor" that you may want to factor into your wait for additional information, namely the S-8, and that is by the time you get the information you desire, you may have missed a significant move UP.

Granted there are risk factors involved that are beyond anyone or anyone's gods' control. According to some people's interpretation of the "GOOD BOOK", heck we may even have Armageddon in a year (don't have to worry about no "bugs"), and all the gains I anticipated receiving from TSIG may be for not because, being the heretic that I am, I am going straight to hell.

With that tangent out of the way, please be a little more respectful of the due diligence done by a lot of the other intelligent posters (and their investment decisions) by not feeling the need to reiterate so persistently your single point. We've all heard you, we've discussed your concerns. We are appreciative of your insights and your input, but we also haven't been dissuaded. We all believe by are own analysis that we have each come to our own independent decision to buy shares of this company TSIG. Plus, no matter how many times you restate your case, you won't dissuade any of us from selling our shares.

So please if you intend to persist, take your behavior elsewhere. However, if you truly wish to "dig" deeper beyond the first stone that you have uncovered, then please join our conversation (with a bit more humility) and welcome aboard.

Hey DD,

I could have used that heavy equipment for a couple of other pennies I owned.
