Quinn, a lot of times businesses are exempted from the laws that cover individuals. I found this out once when my fairly large security deposit disappeared during our landlords bankruptcy. If the deposit would have been for an individuals apartment rental, the deposit would have been required (by law) to be held in a separate escrow account. As a business it wasn't required and the landlord had co-mingled the funds. (When I found this out I started holding back rent till they found my deposit monies:))

Hope you are right & if so its probably nothing more than a blip on a flatline EKG. I am; however, getting tired of all the false hopes and dashed promises. If I were any more patient I'd be dead. Which is what I expect to be before we get a resource estimate from this crew.

Regards, Dave
